How much is an office visit?
The initial visit is $100 + cost of medication
The second visit is $75 + cost of medication
The third+ visit is $50 + cost of medication.
Payment must be received before prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy.
is there a time requirement?
Every individual is unique and responds differently to medications. Once you meet your goals we will work on helping you maintain your weight loss. There is no time requirement for how long you can stay on the medication.
How much does it cost?

How will i receive the medication?
Your medication will come directly from the compounding pharmacy to your door. Any supplies will be included with this shipment
Who should avoid the medication?
If you have Type 1 Diabetes, pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, pancreatitis, or have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer / multiple endocrine neoplasia you should not take this medication.
Can i be a patient if i live outside of georgia?
At this time we are only able to see patients in Georgia. If you live outside Georgia you will have to attest that you are physically in Georgia for our appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
No. We do not accept insurance.
Do you accept hsa/fsa ?
We accept HSA and FSA cards. Rarely your insurance may ask for a letter of medical necessity for the services were provided. We can provide this letter.
will i be provided continuous care throughout my journey?
As your provider, we will be here to support you throughout your journey.
